The JOI Rehab Mandarin office has been in the south Mandarin area for over 11 years. This office has been a popular location for the communities of south Mandarin, Julington Creek, Fruit Cove, Switzerland and other neighborhoods south of SR 13. The Mandarin office is located on San Jose Boulevard south of I-295 in the Jax Offices Complex. The address for the office is address is 12276 San Jose Boulevard, Suite 717, Jacksonville, FL 32223. 

The welcoming and friendly staff creates a personable and inviting atmosphere for those needing physical or occupational therapy for post-surgical, auto injuries, work-related injuries, sports injuries, and many other physical impairments. The Mandarin office clinicians offer physical and occupational therapy services and have over 20 years of experience. 

The clinicians consist of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and Certified Athletic Trainers. Additionally, many of these clinicians are Certified Hand Therapists or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists.  Our goal is to provide physical therapy and hand therapy in a safe environment.  JOI Rehab is following all CDC requirements during the pandemic.  We want you to recover quickly from your injury and have an excellent outcome.
