A new feature is you can schedule or cancel your PHYSICIAN FOLLOW-UP Appointments on the JOI Portal.
The Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute and JOI Rehab have moved to a new portal. Patients will receive an email invitation to access the new portal.
You will receive an email invitation to JOI’s Patient Portal upon scheduling an appointment. The link is valid for 2 weeks. If you have difficulty registering please email us at [email protected]

The Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute has three physician clinic locations in metro-Jacksonville, and JOI Rehab has a total of six physical therapy locations across the metro.
To schedule a physician appointment as a new patient, please call 904-564-2000 or schedule online. You can also schedule physician follow-up appointments on the JOI Portal.
