Dr. Crenshaw is a native of Jacksonville and a graduate of Emory University and the University Of Miami School Of Medicine. His orthopaedic surgery residency was completed at Madigan Army Medical Center and he completed 10 years service with the U.S. Army finishing as chief of the Orthopaedic Surgery Service at Darnell Army Hospital, Fort Hood, Texas. He is presently the chief of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Baptist Medical Center, and team physician for the NFL Jacksonville Jaguars and Jacksonville University Athletics. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and Subspecialty Certified in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine.
He practices General Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine, and Adult Reconstruction at San Marco. Dr. Crenshaw is a member of the Baptist Center for Joint Replacement team at Baptist Downtown.
