The JOI Rehab World Golf Physical Therapy Center is located at 105 Murabella Parkway, St. Augustine, FL 32092 in the World Golf area. It is only about 5 miles from I-95 North and 0.2 miles from World Golf Village. The new 1,800 square foot center has extensive parking and an easily accessible entrance.

World Golf Physical Therapy Services
The JOI World Golf Physical Therapy Center has custom built amenities and brand new physical therapy equipment. Our goal at the World Golf Physical Therapy Center is to provide the highest quality of orthopedic based physical therapy to this growing community. JOI Rehab works with over 140 health plans, including:
- Aetna.
- AvMed.
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida.
- CIGNA.
- Humana.
- Medicare.
- Medicare Replacement Plans.
- Auto.
- United Health Care.
- Self-pay.
- Other insurance companies.
We also participate with several Workers’ Compensation programs. You can count on the JOI Rehab Staff offering high quality care and assistance that all of our patients receive at our current rehab centers. The JOI Rehab clinicians work very closely with the 34 Orthopaedic Physicians of JOI, but we also can provide services for any physician who writes a prescription for physical therapy.
JOI Golf Program

The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) is to educate golf professionals about how they can improve their swing and overall performance. JOI Rehab has multiple services to choose from in order to meet you individual goals and needs.
The JOI World Golf Physical Therapy staff will be able to identify the deficiencies you may have in your golf performance. Our staff will an observe and analyze by using a biomechanical software. Once the deficiencies are addressed from the analysis, JOI will help you get on track to reduce the risk of injury or re-injury. It is our job to help patients to enhance their golf performance for the future.
Services at TPI include:
- Initial TPI Screening session.
- Follow-up session to review findings from TPI Screen.
- Recommendations based on findings & initiate exercises focused on recommendations.
