JOI Rehab World Golf Village Center

The JOI Rehab World Golf location is our newest JOI Rehab Location. Located in the Publix Market at Shoppes of Murabella. JOI Rehab World Golf Village offers Physical Therapy, Sports Rehab, Manual Therapy, Graston Therapy, KT Taping and Return to Sport Services in St. Augustine, Florida. We work closely with your JOI Physicians but we also work with any physician who prescribes one of our services. Our goal is to return you to your prior level of function with excellent customer service.

Jennifer Dieter, PT

Bachelor of Science, Kinesiology, University of Virginia, 1995) Master of Physical Therapy (University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, 1999) Jennifer Dieter, PT  has been a licensed physical therapist since 1999. Jen has achieved success in the treatment of Cervical and Lumbar Spine, surgical and non-surgical orthopedic injuries, and sports medicine. She also specializes in  Back Pain during Pregnancy and Women’s Health patients with her manual therapy skills and functional treatment philosophies. She has worked with athletes including high-level professional, Crossfit athletes, runners, high school athletes, the “Roar” Cheerleaders, professional dancers and ran a Strength and Conditioning Program for adolescents. She also developed and hosted a continuing education course for exercise during pregnancy and teaches continuing education courses in the areas of movement dysfunction, kinesiology taping, IASTM, cupping, mobilization, and flossbands.

Bachelors of Science from West Virginia University in 1991 and Masters of Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University in 1994

Jared Ernest has been practicing as a licensed physical therapist for 20 years with a focus on sport and orthopedic rehabilitation. Jared was the manager of the Point Meadows clinic for many years.  He now is at our JOI Rehab Mandarin Clinic as a clinician.

Associate of Science in, Physical Therapist Assistant (Concorde Career Institute, 2021)

Ethan McNeil, PTA is a long time resident of Jacksonville, FL where he attended Fletcher high school. Ethan later would graduate from Concorde Career Institute as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2021. Ethan started with JOI as a student in 2021 and began working with JOI shortly after graduation. Ethan enjoys exercising,  watching sport, and traveling.  

 


Demetria Valazquez

Demetria Juber, PT, DPT

Demetria Velazquez Juber earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX.  She has experience working with the outpatient orthopedic population, as well as with acute care and orthopedic patients post-operatively. She has a strong passion for helping people of all ages and activity levels. Prior to physical therapy school, Demetria earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.

Demetria Juber was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. She danced professionally for the Alamo City Dance Company for 9 years. She was also captain of the Regis University Rangers dance team in college. Her involvement in dance sparked her interest in the human body and movement, which ultimately led to her pursuing a career in physical therapy. She currently works at the JOI Rehab World Golf Clinic.

Genesis Villanueva has practiced in a variety of Rehab settings from Acute/Sub-acute care to Home Health Physical Therapy. Furthermore, Genesis has taken various specialization courses, primarily in manual therapy applications, and functional movement screens. He is the site coordinator for the JOI Rehab Golf Village Center.
