Our South Rehab center is located conveniently on the Baptist South Hospital Medical Office Building 3 on the second floor. This location offers traditional physical therapy and hand therapy with a specialized sine center and a spine therapist. This location also provides custom hand splinting and other durable medical equipment. We are now located right next to our JOI South Physician Practice for your convenience.

JOI Rehab South clinic offers Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Hand Therapy, Sports Rehab, Medical Massage Therapy, Laser Therapy, Acupuncture, DME or Bracing, Graston Therapy, KT Taping and Return to Sports Services. We work closely with your JOI Physician, but we also work with any physician who prescribes one of our services. Our goal is to return you to your prior level of function with good customer service.

Intake Coordinator/ Front Desk
Haydee Cavoores, is one of our intake coordinators at the front desk at JOI Rehab South Physical Therapy Clinic. JOI South is located on the Baptist South Medical Office Building 3 on the 2nd floor. This location offers custom hand therapy, traditional physical therapy with a specialized spine center and spine therapist.
Allan Marlon O. Fiesta, PT, DPT, OCS

Allan Fiesta graduated with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from the University of the City of Manila (Philippines) in 2000. He obtained his transitional doctorate degree in physical therapy with high honors from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences (2017) in St. Augustine, Florida. Further, all has worked in various clinical settings which include long-term care, home health, acute care and outpatient settings.
He has been with JOI since 2013 and started working as the spine physical therapist at the JOI South Clinic – Spine Center since 2014. He is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS). Further, he is a current member of the Orthopedic Section of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Allan Fiesta is also a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (AAOMPT). Further, his area of interest includes the use of manual therapy techniques in the cervical and lumbar spine. He is currently working towards obtaining his manual therapy certification through the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.
Kenneth Goodin, DPT, CSCS

Kenneth Goodin has been a Licensed DPT since 2017, prior to joining JOI he worked in Skilled Nursing, Acute Care, and Outpatient settings. Further, he is training to specialize in running biomechanics to provide care for the local running community. He completed his certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2018 through the NSCA. Kenneth Goodin is a Jacksonville native, he graduated from Duncan Fletcher in 2001 before joining the military.
Julia Guthart, OTR/L, CHT Site Coordinator/Hand Therapy Director

Julia Guthart is an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist with over 20 years of experience treating upper extremity orthopaedic diagnoses. Further, obtained her Certification in Hand Therapy in 1992, after specializing in the field for many years. Julia has extensive experience in custom splinting and direct patient care. Further, Julia Guthart has been the Hand Therapy Coordinator for JOI Rehabilitation and is the JOI Rehab South Site Coordinator.
Heather Lopez, OTR/L, CHT

Heather Lopez, OTR/L, CHT is an occupational therapist with 20 plus years of experience treating upper extremity orthopedic injuries. Further, she has her hand certification in 2006. Heather works closely with the JOI surgeons to help her patients reach their functional goals. Further, she continues to enjoy working with her colleagues in a team approach atmosphere. Heather works at the JOI Rehab South Physical Therapy Clinic.
Pat McIntire, Intake/Reception
Pat McIntire works at JOI Rehab Baptist South Rehabilitation Center.
She has worked for JOI Rehab for several years as an intake coordinator and receptionist.
Tiffany Patterson, MOTR/L, CHT

For the past seven years, Tiffany Patterson has worked in an outpatient orthopaedic setting, where she concentrates on hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. In 2007, she became a Certified Hand Therapist. Further, Tiffany has been working with JOI Rehabilitation since 2006. She currently works at the JOI Rehab South Physical Therapy Center

Before coming to Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute, Tracy Wilcox worked with teams at UAB and North Georgia College. Tracy graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Athletic Training in 2005. Further, she completed her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Florida State College of Jacksonville in 2015. Tracy Wilcox enjoys working in outpatient orthopedics and has spent time with a variety of sports teams. Tracy has been with JOI since 2010.
Dominic Worsowicz, PT, DPT

Dominic Worsowicz is a graduate of the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Through his internships and work at JOI, he has treated patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions. Further, he enjoys the physical therapy profession and continues to keep current with the newest treatments and therapies.
Mandy Hammock, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist (Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy, 2008)
Mandy is a native of Georgia, and a licensed Massage Therapist. She moved to Jacksonville to study massage therapy in 2008. Mandy was always an athlete throughout adolescence, and as a young adult. After several injuries and a major back surgery, she was still enduring chronic daily pain.
Mandy turned to massage therapy to relieve the pain and had a much better quality of life. Mandy knew she wanted to pursue a career involving structural body work in order to help others. She graduated from Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy in 2008. Since, Mandy has worked in many different types of settings, and provided different types of therapy. However, she has found that providing pain relief has been the most rewarding.
