Steve Borkowski PT, MPT, MTC, CEAS
Master of Science in Physical Therapy (University of Florida, 2004)
While at the University of Florida, Steve Borkowski had the opportunity to assist with treatment of Division I collegiate athletes. He worked with a variety of sports and professional athletes in the National Football League (NFL). He has provided physical therapy services for the touring companies of several Broadway shows including Wicked, Les Misérables, and Book of Mormon. Steve also served as a physical therapist for the Atlanta Falcons (NFL) and Georgia Force (AFL) cheerleading squads. He has treated Ironman and ITU World Championship triathletes, and has been a member of various high school sports medicine teams. Steve obtained his Manual Therapy Certification from the University of St. Augustine and brings his interest in manual therapy and sports medicine to our clinic. He currently is a physical therapist at the JOI Rehab Beaches clinic.
Genesis Villanueva PT Site Coordinator
Genesis Villanueva has practiced in a variety of Rehab settings from Acute/Sub-acute care to Home Health Physical Therapy. Furthermore, Genesis has taken various specialization courses, primarily in manual therapy applications, and functional movement screens. He is the site coordinator for the JOI Rehab Nocatee and World Golf Village Centers.

Before coming to Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute, Tracy Wilcox worked with teams at UAB and North Georgia College. Tracy graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Athletic Training in 2005. Further, she completed her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Florida State College of Jacksonville in 2015. Tracy Wilcox enjoys working in outpatient orthopedics and has spent time with a variety of sports teams. Tracy has been with JOI since 2010.
