JOI is proud to partner with the The Patrick Heinhold Foundation to promote suicide prevention for teenagers. Come out to watch the 4th Annual Patrick’s 3v3 Basketball Tournament on Sunday, April 18th, 2021 @JJVA. Due to COVID-19, guests and fans need to wear a mask throughout the event.

Proceeds from this fundraising event, promote suicide prevention through programs dedicated to the well-being and mental health of our nation’s teens. Patrick’s teammates / classmates came up with the idea of a 3v3 Basketball Tournament in his honor.  The ringleaders were Collin Grasher, Mackie Garwood, Jacob Glassman, Will Shepherd, Davey Crouch, Josiah Johnson, and Rushton Roberts. The Bolles School graciously hosted the 1st Annual Patrick’s 3v3 Basketball Tournament on Saturday March 17th, 2018 (Saint Patrick’s Day!)

The Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute Foundation was a sponsor of this event.

The JOI Foundation has actively partnered with local outreach organizations here in North Florida, including the Sulzbacher Center for the Homeless, the Patrick Heinold Foundation, the Humane Society and the Police Athletic League.
