Dr. Sacksteder graduated from Xavier University in 2010, majoring in Natural Sciences. In addition, he attended the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine, graduating in the top quintile of his class. Dr. Sacksteder completed his residency at Saint Louis University School of Medicine, followed by a year of additional training in arthroscopy (minimally invasive joint surgery) and sports medicine at the prestigious Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center. During this time, he took care of the Deion Sander’s Jackson State Football team and Tulane athletics.

Dr. Sacksteder values an active lifestyle. He enjoys running, swimming, cycling, hunting, and fishing. He is excited to share his knowledge about advanced minimally invasive surgical techniques with his patients who also seek to maintain an active lifestyle.
