After growing up in the frozen tundra known as Minnesota, my medical training has gradually and thankfully directed me south to sunny Florida. Having spent the last 6 years in Jacksonville serving the people of Northeast Florida during both my Orthopaedic Residency and Adult Reconstruction specialty training, I am happy to call this region home.
As a fellowship graduate of the Mayo Clinic, I am a true believer of their patient care model: The needs of the patient come first. In all aspects of my practice, whether it is surgical treatment, clinical visits, or hospital rounds, I am here to provide the best possible care for each patient. By treating patients as if they were my own family members while employing a patient centered and team approach, my goal is to educate each patient so that we can make informed decisions regarding future care together.
It is truly a privilege to be able to inspire hope as well as contribute to improvements in musculoskeletal health for my patients, allowing each to return to a more active and fulfilling life. At a time of substantial growth in the field of joint replacement surgery, I am fortunate to have the opportunity to treat my patients with advanced technologies and proven techniques in order to achieve the best possible outcomes.
