Rotator Cuff tears are common injuries to the shoulder joint and can produce a significant amount of pain and dysfunction. These tears often occur in sports like baseball and football.
Prevention of Rotator Cuff Injuries
A prevention program should include flexibility, strengthening and endurance of the rotator cuff. Athletes really need to focus on these smaller rotator cuff muscles.
