Neck Pain is very common in our society. With more and more people working at computers, poor posture and repetitive stress can be major contributors to neck pain. It is importance to sit up straight and avoid slouching in your chair. Adjust your work station to the proper height and stand up frequently. If possible, use a standing desk. If you use a phone regularly, consider a head set to avoid leaning your head toward the phone. Stretch and exercise daily to decrease the incident of posture and stress related neck pain.
