Low Back Stretches Can Really Help With Low Back Pain
It is so important to learn the proper way to stretch your lower back when you have low back pain. The clinicians at JOI Rehab specialize in the treatment of the lower back. This article will describe some stretches that you could do for your low back. It is well known that low back stretches can really help to decrease low back pain. If you have low back pain, we recommend the the following stretches:
- Hamstring Stretch.
- Piriformis Stretch.
- Rotation Stretch.
- Single Knee to Chest Stretch.
