Patients with Labral Ossification represent a unique subset of Pincer Femoroacetabular Impingement. They are more likely to be older, female, and have more severe symptoms. Therefore, hip arthroscopy can be used to treat LO with excision of the ossified fragments or rim, with a reasonable expectation of improvement of symptoms.
