High Ankle Sprain (Video)
High Ankle Sprain
This type of injury is located at the ligaments above the ankle joint. These ligaments help to stabilize the entire area, and connect the ankle joint to the Tibia and Fibula. It is much less common than the similar injury of spraining the lower ankle. These injuries are usually a result of twisting or over rotating the ankle.
