Patients and Staff continue to Wear Masks During COVID-19 Pandemic

Baptist Health and the team at the Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute are doing everything to help the safety of our patients during the Coronavirus outbreak. All employees and patients at Baptist and JOI locations will be wearing face masks in an effort to reduce any risk of transmission while in the clinic.  To learn more about what JOI is doing to keep you safe in our centers, please read this article on JOI4U.

Per the recommendations of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), JOI and JOI Rehab require  all patients to help protect themselves and others by wearing a mask or some kind of face covering while in our clinics. The mask does not need to be anything fancy, it can be a scarf or you can make one out of things at home. To learn how to make a mask, please follow this link: cloth face coverings

Complete Your Paperwork From Home

If you are a new patient to JOI or JOI Rehab, please complete your paperwork at Home prior to your appointment.  Directions for how to complete your paperwork can be found here.  To request your paperwork electronically, please go to PAPERWORK.

At all of our JOI Rehab Centers, you can also pay your copay and wait in your car rather than our waiting rooms prior to your appointment.  Please call your office or follow the directions on your cell phone for this service.
