The Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute Rehab has opened a new rehabilitation/physical therapy center in Nocatee Florida. This is one of 12 physical therapy centers in the North Florida Region. It is the first center in the city of Ponte Vedra in St. John’s County. This rehab center is located at 203 Fort Wade Road Suite 130, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081.

Located on the first floor, the center is 2,300 square feet overlooking a beautiful lake and preserved wetlands. The building has extensive parking and an on-site security guard station on the first floor. The JOI Nocatee Physical Therapy Center has custom built amenities and high end finishes in a well-equipped gym area and will offer the same high level of care that our patients have come to expect.
