The Jacksonville Beach location is JOI Rehab’s second-largest physical/occupational therapy center. The physical therapy center is at 1577 Roberts Drive, Suite 320, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250. 

The JOI Rehab Baptist Beaches rehab location is on the third floor of building C in the Baptist Beaches Campus. We are right above the Baptist Outpatient Surgery Center and JOI MD office.  It is nice to have the JOI Physicians in the same building.  This provides excellent communication between the MD and the therapist.  This definitely improves the overall outcome for the patient.  Our physicians and therapists work together to do individualized treatment plans and protocols. 

The JOI Beaches Rehab Center staff consist of physical and occupational therapists. The JOI family is well known around the Jacksonville Beach community.  Our staff also includes a Certified Hand Therapist and a Certified Manual Therapist.

JOI Telemedicine

In addition to following all CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of patients at our clinics, JOI Rehab Point Meadows is now offering Telemedicine services. We also have a bridge program where one of our certified therapists will come to your home for physical therapy.
