The JOI Rehabilitation North clinic is located in the Main Street Place Plaza off of North Main Street, down the street from the River City Marketplace. To find the office, drive to the back of the plaza and the clinic will be in the middle.

George Dudziec, DPT
Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Food Science (Hunter College City U. of New York, 2009)
Doctorate of Physical Therapy (Nova Southeastern University, 2014)George Dudziec, DPT moved to Jacksonville in 2016 from Fort Lauderdale. Through undergrad schooling, George worked as a personal trainer before gravitating toward the physical therapy profession. Since graduating with his doctoral degree in physical therapy, he has mostly focused on orthopedic rehab. He enjoys treating a variety of diagnoses, and likes when a patient has specific goals or activities that they really want to return to. He likes the outdoors, hiking, & spending time with his family. You can find George Dudziec at the JOI Rehab North location.
Niki Heeter PT, DPT, ATC Site Coordinator
Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training (Texas Christian University, 2013)
Doctorate of Physical Therapy (University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, 2015)
Niki graduated from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2015 with her doctorate in physical therapy with an emphasis in manual therapy. Prior to becoming a physical therapist, Niki graduated from Texas Christian University, with a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training, working with D1 collegiate and professional athletes. In her free time Niki enjoys working out, cooking, and playing with her dog Jaxon. Niki is currently the Site Coordinator for the JOI Rehab North Physical Therapy Clinic.
Jaden Marlowe, Front Desk Specialist
Jaden is originally from Lima, Ohio but moved to Jacksonville, FL in 2014. She was a three-sport athlete playing basketball, soccer, and ran track. She attended FSCJ and played basketball until she tore her ACL and meniscus. Jaden always saw herself somewhere in the athletic field so when she came to JOI she became interested in physical therapy. While finding time to go back to school she got her personal training certification. Jaden is continuing her studies in physical therapy and massage therapy at UNF. She currently works at the North side location as a front desk specialist. In her free time, she loves going to the gym, beach, and being outside with her kids. Fun fact: she has two dogs and a pig.
Jane Newhoff, Intake Coordinator
Jane Newhoff has been with JOI Rehab since 2012. She currently works at the JOI Rehab North Physical Therapy Center. She is an intake coordinator and receptionist at this office.
Kim Segler, OTR/L, CHT
Kim Segler has worked in a variety of settings including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation, orthopaedics, and home health care. She has also worked with the JOI hand surgeons since 1997, and joined JOI rehabilitation in 2004.

Mariah True, PTA

Mariah True was born in Maine and has moved to several different states throughout the East, West, and Gulf Coast. For the past eight years Fernandina Beach, FL has been her home. Mariah graduated from Florida State College of Jacksonville in 2019 and became a licensed PTA in 2020. Prior to becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant, Mariah attained her Associates in Exercise Science from the University of North Florida. Mariah recently joined the JOI team in 2021 and is splitting her time between the Nassau and North clinics. In her free time she enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with her family and friends.
