The JOI Rehab Fleming location is one of the largest Physical and Occupation Therapy Centers in Fleming Island.  It is located in the Baptist Fleming/Clay County Campus, off of US-17. To find the clinic, take the elevator to the second floor and it will be on your right. JOI Rehab Fleming offers Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Hand Therapy, Massage Therapy, Sports Rehab, DME or Bracing, Graston Therapy, KT Taping and Return to Sport Services.  We work closely with your JOI Physician, but we also work with any physician who prescribes one of our services. Our goal is to return you to your prior level of function with good customer service.

Kaylee Munch

Kaylee Munch, MOT, OTR/L

Bachelor of Science in Psychology (University of Dayton, 2013)
Master of Occupational Therapy (University of Pittsburgh, 2016)
Kaylee is originally from Dayton, OH. After receiving her undergraduate degree, she went onto graduate school in Pittsburgh, PA. While in graduate school, she was a graduate student researcher working for the Rehabilitative Sciences department. She collected data for a randomized control trial (RCT) research study, looking at the development of pressure ulcers and wheeled mobility. This was funded by the National Institute of Health. Kaylee is a member of American Occupational Therapy Association, American Society of Hand Therapists, and a Contributing Faculty Member at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. When not in the clinic, she loves paddleboading, traveling, and going on hikes with her dogs.

Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and Minor in Psychology (University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, )

Terri has experience in multiple setting including UE orthopedics , pediatrics, and general inpatient rehabilitation specializing in spinal cord injuries. Terri has been an active military spouse for 26 yrs. Completed the AOTA Fieldwork Educator Certification Program(FWECP) and Graston Certification.

Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training (Duquesne University, 2007)
Master of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention (California University of Pennsylvania, 2009)

Lisa received her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Duquesne University (Pittsburgh, PA) in 2007. She continued on to earn a Masters degree in Exercise Science. She did this while working as a Graduate Intern at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, where she was the Athletic Trainer for the Men’s Football, Wrestling, and Women’s Softball teams. After moving to Florida, Lisa worked as the Head Athletic Trainer at Flagler Palm Coast High School in Palm Coast, FL. Lisa joined JOI in July of 2012, and is currently the Head Athletic Trainer at Bishop J. Snyder High School, providing medical coverage for all Cardinal student-athletes.

Justin Delicato has worked at Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute since 2008 as a Rehabilitation Technician at the San Marco Rehab Office. After completing his PTA program he relocated to the Fleming Island Office. Justin took on the role of site coordinator in 2016.

Belinda Weaver was born in Nashville, TN. I currently posses an Associates Of Science in Nursing and have been in the medical field since 2005. Belinda Weaver is a mother of 3 teenagers and a 4 year old. A functioning mess by day and a football/T-ball mom by night. I am a wonderful wife, a fantastic cook, an excellent care taker, a taxi and carpool driver for my kids, a lover of most sports, and most importantly I am a person of faith.

Belinda currently works at the JOI Rehab Fleming Island Front Desk.

Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics (Clemson University, 2015)
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (University of St. Augustine, 2019)

Drew is from Greenville, SC but has been in Florida for 4 years now. He attended Clemson University and graduated with his Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics. He then went on to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. When he is not at work, Drew enjoys watching football, taking his dog Tucker to the park, or finding new spots to grab a bite to eat. He has a passion for physical therapy and looks forward to helping you achieve your goals!

Melinda is a long time resident of Clay County. She has worked in the medical field for over 16 years as a Medical Billing & Coding Specialist, Medical Coder, and Customer Service Representative. Melinda Joined JOI in February 2017. She is active in her local church and enjoys crafting, camping, and spending time with her family.
