The 2019 Arena Football National Championship is just around the corner. Don’t miss out as your Jacksonville Sharks take on the Carolina Cobras this Saturday August 17 at the Veterans Memorial Arena. The game kicks off at 7:00 pm.

The number of kittens arriving at Jacksonville’s shelters is reaching record levels, and we cannot save them all without your support. The Annual JaxPAL Football Camp is coming up! We are proud to announce the addition of Jacksonville Jaguars’ defensive lineman and 4-time Pro Bowler Calais Campbell. Calais and The Charles Richard Campbell Foundation have partnered with JaxPAL, The JOI Foundation, and Northeast Florida Regional STEM2 Hub to hold the camp for the local youth community. The camp will be held June 8, 2019 from 9am to 12:30pm at the JaxPAL Football Fields @ Ed Austin Park (3450 Monument Rd. Jacksonville, FL 32225.
Calais Campbell is a two-time “Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year” (2014, 2011). He is also a recipient of the Bart Starr Award (2018), which is given annually to an NFL player who “best exemplifies outstanding character and leadership in the home, on the field, and in the community.”. Calais has made it his mission to give back to the community through team events and the work of his foundation, the Charles Richard Campbell (CRC) Foundation.

The Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute Rehab will be opening a new rehabilitation/physical therapy center in World Golf/Murabella in St Johns County, Florida. This is JOI Rehab’s 12th physical therapy center in the North Florida Region. The new rehab center will be located at 105 Murabella Parkway, St. Augustine, FL 32092. The 1,800 square foot center will have extensive parking and an easily accessible entrance. The JOI World Golf/Murabella Physical Therapy Center has custom built amenities and high end finishes in a well-equipped gym area and will offer the same high level of care that our patients have come to expect.

World Golf Village is located in St. Johns County, which is the 5th fastest growing county in America. JOI Rehab will now have excellent accessibility in St. Johns County and to the 226,000 residents who live there. JOI Rehab also has a physical therapy clinic in Nocatee.
JOI Baptist South Physicians
In addition to expanding into World Golf Village, JOI has also expanded the Baptist South Physician Office at Baptist South Hospital. The JOI Rehab South Clinic has relocated to the new Baptist South medical office building, “MOB 3”, joining the JOI physician’s office. The new office is needed for the continued expansion of JOI in this booming area of St. Johns County and Southern Duval County in Jacksonville.

JOI and JOI Rehab move to the new medical building 3 at Baptist South

30, 2019 – Jacksonville Orthopaedic
Institute (JOI) has a new home at Baptist Medical Center South’s new medical
office building.
The new enlarged space, which
includes a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, orthopedic physician
offices and an outpatient procedure room, will enable patients to get all of
their orthopedic needs met at one convenient location.
Two new physicians, Sunday U. Ero, MD, and Richard Lance Snyder MD, have joined the expanded practice, increasing the number of orthopedists to 8. JOI physicians can perform a wide range of treatments for the spine, shoulder, knee, hip, ankle and hand including pain management, minimally invasive procedures and joint replacements.
JOI Rehab joins the MD practice and expands their facility to include a JOI Rehab Spine Center. The Spine Center offers physical therapy, medical massage therapy and laser treatments. Learn more about medical massage therapy at the Spine Center in this VIDEO.
