JOI’s Sports Center provides treatment for tennis elbow, golf swing deficits and other sports injuries.
In the world of rehabilitation there has always been a need for a facility that could bridge the gap for patients between Physical Therapy and the return to sport or recreational activity. The goal for Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute (JOI) Rehabilitation’s Sports Center is to meet this demand while establishing a premier facility that both patients and athletes can utilize in order to return to their sport. JOI Rehab’s Sports Center is focused around functional, dynamic, and plyometric strengthening as well as the return to sport-specific or recreational activities. Our orthopedic physicians work alongside our sports medicine team to coordinate a plan of care to best suit our patient’s needs whether they need to relieve sports injuries or increase sports performance.
