A new feature is you can schedule or cancel your PHYSICIAN FOLLOW-UP Appointments on the JOI Portal.

The Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute and JOI Rehab have moved to a new portal on August 22nd, 2022. Patients will receive an email invitation to access the new portal.

When you enroll, you will be able to view:

  • JOI and JOI Rehab Scheduled Appointments
  • Clinical summaries of your JOI visits.
  • Your recent medical history including prescriptions
  • Secure communication with your JOI Provider
  • Helpful medical information from our online health library
  • Access online health education in the JOI library
  • Signed lab results from Quest/LabCorp will be sent to the portal automatically.

The Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute has 5 Physician Locations in Jacksonville. JOI Rehab has 13 physical therapy locations in the North Florida Area. We will be opening a new clinic this fall off of Atlantic Blvd.
