Bryan Downs, PT, DPT 

Bryan Downs graduated from Mount Saint Joseph University in 2020 with his doctorate in physical therapy with an emphasis in manual therapy. Prior to becoming a physical therapist, Bryan graduated from Mount Saint Josephs University, with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. In his free time he enjoys working out, hiking, and going to the beach with his wife and two dogs. George Dudziec, DPT

George Dudziec, DPT moved to Jacksonville in 2016 from Fort Lauderdale.  Through undergrad schooling, George worked as a personal trainer before gravitating toward the physical therapy profession.  Since graduating with his doctoral degree in physical therapy, he has mostly focused on orthopedic rehab.  He enjoys treating a variety of diagnoses, and likes when a patient has specific goals or activities that they really want to return to.  He likes the outdoors, hiking, & spending time with his family.  You can find George Dudziec at the JOI Rehab North location.

Niki Heeter PT, DPT, ATC Site Coordinator

Niki Heeter, PT, Site Coordinator

Niki graduated from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2015 with her doctorate in physical therapy with an emphasis in manual therapy. Prior to becoming a physical therapist, Niki graduated from Texas Christian University, with a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training, working with D1 collegiate and professional athletes.

In her free time Niki enjoys working out, cooking, and playing with her dog Jaxon.  Niki is currently the Site Coordinator for the JOI Rehab North Physical Therapy Clinic.

Jane Newhoff, Intake Coordinator

Jane Newhoff has been with JOI Rehab since 2012.  She currently works at the JOI Rehab North Physical Therapy Center.  She is an intake coordinator and receptionist at this office.

Kim Segler, OTR/L, CHT

Kim Segler, OT, CHT

Kim Segler has worked in a variety of settings including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation, orthopaedics, and home health care. She has also worked with the JOI hand surgeons since 1997, and joined JOI rehabilitation in 2004.  Kim works at our JOI Rehab North Site.
