JOI Arlington Rehabilitation is located just off I-295 on Monument Road in Jacksonville, FL.
Residents in Jacksonville and Northeast Florida are suffering from pain across their bodies. It doesn’t stop at Physical Therapy for JOI. We provide Occupational Therapy with the help of our fully licensed Occupational Therapists or OT’s. Our team doesn’t just want to help you recover from an injury; we want to help get you back to your favorite activities.
Most of our Occupational Therapists are Certified Hand Therapists which is a universal designation that is achieved after a high level of experience and knowledge in the field of upper extremity injury and rehabilitation.

JOI Rehab Arlington clinic offers Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Hand Therapy, Sports Rehab, DME or Bracing, Graston Therapy, KT Taping and Return to Sports Services. We work closely with your JOI Physician, but we also work with any physician who prescribes one of our services. Our goal is to return you to your prior level of function with good customer service.

Mikel Betancourt, PTA
Associates of Science (Concorde Career Institute, 2021)
Mikel was born in Connecticut and moved to Jacksonville when he was 10 years old. He has been with JOI Rehab since 2017. He started out as a front desk/intake coordinator for the Beaches rehab location. He then transferred to San Marco rehab as a PT tech in 2019 while attending the PTA program at Concorde Career Institute. Mikel graduated from his PTA program in March of 2021 and immediately started as a PTA for the San Marco and Arlington rehab locations. He is now full-time at the Arlington location. In his free time he enjoys traveling, camping, and hiking.Diana Cratem, OTR/L, CHT
Bachelor of Science, Occupational Therapy (Our Lady of the Rosary, Bogota, Colombia, 1990)
Diana Cratem has been an Occupational Therapist since 1990 and has worked in a variety of setting including Baptist Hospital and JOI. She is also a Certified Hand Therapist since 2000. She continues to be an asset to this rehabilitation office with her knowledge of the functioning of the hand. Diana is also fluent in Spanish. She currently works PRN at several JOI Rehab locations.
Chad Evans, PT, MPT – Site Coordinator

Chad Evans has been a licensed physical therapist since 1999. He has worked in a variety of outpatient settings. He is an original member of the JOI rehab team. Since 2009 he has been the Site Coordinator for JOI Rehab University Physical Therapy Office and has now transitioned to being the Site Coordinator at JOI’s Arlington office. He continues to stay up-to-date with the latest in orthopedic care while rooting for the Gators and Jags.
Katie Trumble, PT, DPT, ATC

Katie Trumble, PT, DPT, ATC
Prior to joining JOI, Katie Trumble managed an outpatient clinic. She worked with people with various orthopedic conditions and helped with local high school athletics. She has worked in the outpatient setting since graduating from the University of St. Augustine, where she focused on manual therapeutic techniques and sports medicine.
In addition to treating patients at the Arlington rehab office, Katie Trumble is currently providing physical therapy treatment for the student-athletes at JU. She found her passion for physical therapy while playing soccer in high school, club, and collegiately. Katie still enjoys running, yoga, and Jaguars football. She is interested in pursuing certifications in manual therapy and orthopedic specialist.
Linda Knight, Intake Coordinator
Linda Knight is along time resident of Jacksonville and graduated from Englewood High school, GO RAMS! Attended FSCJ. She has worked in the Rehabilitation front desk field for approximately 19 years. Linda previously worked for Healthsouth physical therapy. She joined JOI in 2008 and has worked in multiple JOI rehab locations. Linda received the Jim Harrison Award for Excellence in Customer Service in 2017. She enjoys spending time with her puppy dog Miss Rusty and taking cruises.
