JOI Nocatee Rehab is located in the Nocatee area of Ponte Vedra, FL off of Fort Wade Road.

To schedule an appointment for all of the locations, please call 904-858-7045.  You can also request an appointment online or you can call the site which is the most convenient for you.  JOI Rehab is affiliated with Baptist Health.  Please watch the Trevor Lawrence commercial about the JOI Foundation.

JOI is very proud of our highly dedicated staff of Physical Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Massage Therapists and Certified Athletic Trainers.  Working together to provide comprehensive and conservative care to every patient. In addition to physical and occupational therapy services, JOI has added the Spine Centers and the Sports Center.  Any patient who has a prescription for Physical Therapy or Hand Therapy can schedule at a JOI Rehab Center.  JOI Rehab accepts most insurance plans.

The Nocatee location is proud to offer hand therapy by a Certified Hand Therapist.

Steve Borkowski PT, MPT, MTC, CEAS

Master of Science in Physical Therapy (University of Florida, 2004)

While at the University of Florida, Steve Borkowski had the opportunity to assist with treatment of Division I collegiate athletes.  He worked with a variety of sports and professional athletes in the National Football League (NFL). He has provided physical therapy services for the touring companies of several Broadway shows including Wicked, Les Misérables, and Book of Mormon.  Steve also served as a physical therapist for the Atlanta Falcons (NFL) and Georgia Force (AFL) cheerleading squads. He has treated Ironman and ITU World Championship triathletes, and has been a member of various high school sports medicine teams. Steve obtained his Manual Therapy Certification from the University of St. Augustine and brings his interest in manual therapy and sports medicine to our clinic.  He currently is a physical therapist at the JOI Rehab Beaches clinic.
