Steven M. Crenshaw, MD
Dr. Crenshaw is a native of Jacksonville and a graduate of Emory University and the University of Miami School of Medicine. His orthopaedic surgery residency was completed at Madigan Army Medical Center, where he completed 10 years of service with the U.S. Army finishing as chief of the Orthopaedic Surgery Service at Darnell Army Hospital (Fort Hood, TX). He is presently the chairman of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Baptist - Downtown, and team physician for the NFL Jacksonville Jaguars and Jacksonville University Athletics. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and Subspecialty Certified in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine.
