Dr. Carrasquillo is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico and the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. His residency was completed in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. He completed a post-graduate fellowship in foot and ankle surgery in Cincinnati, OH, under G. James Sammarco, M.D. Dr. Carrasquillo is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
He practices Foot and Ankle Surgery and General Orthopaedic Surgery at San Marco.
