Dr. Whitaker is a graduate of the University of Florida and the University of South Florida College of Medicine (Tampa, FL). His residency was completed at the University of Florida Health Science Center (Jacksonville, FL). Dr. Whitaker is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
